Provide for the sanitizer solution to be mixed to the appropriate level for the type of sanitizer being used (Chlorine: 50 ppm). *41  Observed the following chemical(s) to be improperly stored: WD40, lubricants and metal cleaners were stored above food items (Pringles and Campbell's canned goods) in the back storage area. In addition, Insecticides was stored next to detergents and sanitizers. Provide for all food, equipment, utensils, and single service articles to be stored either above or completely separate for all toxic chemicals. In addition, sanitizers and detergents were stored with insecticide on top of 3 compartment sink. Provide for sanitizers and detergents to be stored completely separate from insecticides. 750.1310. 15 Days
